You can either call & speak to one of our team or email us using the form on our contact page. All we need are your contact details, your site & any equipment details. We will then need to ask a few questions, number of units required servicing, location of units, accessibility to indoor/outdoor units.    As you are aware air conditioning/refrigeration units can be placed anywhere on the building. We may need to carry out a site survey so our engineers when servicing turn up with the right tools/ladders/harness etc to carry out the maintenance.

You can choose any option you wish, many of our customers take out a planned preventative maintenance package. This gives you piece of mind against any unexpected costs associated to your system.

Should any issues arise with the system our engineers usually find them before they get beyond repair. Thus minimizing your repair bill.
